Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items such as personal care products, customized items, or final sale products may not be eligible for returns.
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
